Galen Gondolfi is Chief Strategy Officer with St. Louis-based Justine PETERSEN, a nationally recognized asset development organization and microlender. In his 20 years with Justine PETERSEN, Galen has held positions in housing, microlending and most recently communications and development. Galen routinely speaks publicly on the issues of microfinance, community-driven economic development and the plight of the underbanked; He has been quoted in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Guardian, Bloomberg, American Banker and The Chronicle of Philanthropy. Galen has previously worked for community development organizations in Chicago, Boston and Washington DC.
John Vitale is an SBA and Commercial Relationship Manager with Midland States Bank covering Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa and Wisconsin. He has 25+ years of business lending and financial services experience serving the greater St. Louis market. John works closely with many SBA Resource Partners and served as a chapter chair with SCORE as a volunteer small business counselor for a decade. John is a graduate of McKendree University in Lebanon, Illinois. He volunteers as an Advisory Board Member for both The Metro East Business Incubator and The Illinois Metro East Small Business Development Center. He is a founding member and ex-officio board member for The International Business Brokers Association Mid-America not-for-profit chapter serving Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, Kentucky, Oklahoma, and Iowa. John is also a podcast host for The Business Resource Zone hosting interviews with subject matter experts, and helping businesses start, scale, and sell.

Bob is a tireless contributor to the Community through extensive volunteerism, he is a board member for the housing fund for Delta Chi Fraternity, Inc., the St. Louis Metro Sewer District, Casa for Christo, as well as two local churches. Bob is a graduate of Missouri Northeast University (now Truman State), a member of the AICPA and MSCPA and considers his family of five children and a growing list of grandchildren his greatest source of joy and satisfaction.
Cynthia P. Davis is a proven leader and a strategic, analytical thinker extremely knowledgeable of philanthropy and nonprofit management. She has impeccable grant and program management skills, education and experience. She prides herself in resolving complex challenges and creating agility through organizational development, grant making and culture development through a lens of diversity, equity and inclusion.
She brings over 25 years of experience working with private, federal, state, philanthropic and nonprofit organizations of all sizes and in many sectors. Her career has afforded her the opportunity to manage and monitor a large volume of programs, projects and teams.
In addition to being President & CEO of CP Davis Consulting, she is a Certified Grants Manager and hold a Master of Science in Health Administration, a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from Columbia College.
