My career has been with large companies and have had the opportunity to work and lead organizations in many functional areas including: Project Management, Customer Service, Production and Inventory Planning and Management, Forecasting, Quotations, Manufacturing Operations, Strategic Planning and Human Resources. Beyond functional skills, I have experience in organizational change management, process development and improvement, performance management and organizational design. I take a logical, fact-based approach to problem solving but do not lose sight of the people considerations in the equation.
