SCORE Grand Forks Ranks First In U.S. In Client Engagement Survey For The Second Straight Year

The Grand Forks Chapter of SCORE has been recognized as the highest-rated chapter in the U.S. in 2021 in its Client Engagement Survey for the second year in a row.

The survey, conducted by the independent auditing firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers, is funded by the SCORE Foundation and provides results based on client information for all 253 SCORE chapters.

“We are both grateful and humbled to be recognized by our clients in this way,” Queen McCartney, 2022 co-chair of SCORE Grand Forks, said.

SCORE Grand Forks received an overall score of 4.64, which was just under its 2020 score of 4.69, and achieved near perfect ratings from clients on six of the eleven questions in the survey.
