I sold my company after 30 years as a small business owner. I use my experience to help growing companies innovate, look at things from new perspectives, understand markets and competition, motivate employees, expand U.S. and international sales, tackle day-to-day challenges, and make strategic plans. In my career I worked with companies in a wide range of industries: manufacturers, distributors, exporters/importers, tech firms, service providers, etc. While I’m more knowledgeable in some fields than others, what I learned as a small business owner applies across many sectors.
I used SCORE in the 1990's and benefited from the guidance. I've founded and successfully operated six small businesses during the last 44 years (some were new divisions of parent company).
I started a business from scratch and recently sold it.
